Fantastic news, Beginners2runners is starting a new beginners course in September.
If you haven’t heard of us, where have you been? We are the best thing to happen to running and fitness in years. We take complete non-runners, literally people who have not done any exercise in years and within 10 weeks turn you into a 5k runner. We have trained thousands of people and our methods are tried and tested.
We start with intervals of 1 min running and 1.30 min walking and build up from there. We provide a safe, fun and encouraging environment for you to train to become a runner. We are not saying it is easy but what we do say is ANYONE CAN DO THIS!
Our brand new beginners classes will get started on
Monday 11th September 2017 at 19:30 and Thursday 14th September 2017 at 19:30
Ideally you should come to both sessions per week to ensure the best chance of hitting your goal. However if you can only attend once a week that’s ok, we can give you some homework to do in your own time.
We are so confident that you will love what we do your first class is totally FREE to try. Then we charge just £4.50 per session OR you can commit to your health and fitness and become a gold member for just £17.99 per month, which gives you unlimited classes at any of our 12 venues along with boot camp and Pilates.
